westbrooke UK supports the acquisition of a portfolio of 95 pub assets in wales

Westbrooke Alternative Asset Management UK Limited (“Westbrooke UK”) is pleased to announce the successful provision of financing to support the acquisition of a portfolio of 95 pub assets in Wales by affiliates of Cerberus Capital Management (“Cerberus”) and Song Capital (“Song”) from SA Brain & Co. The Portfolio is let to Marston’s PLC (“Marston’s”), a listed c. £370m market cap pub operator which focuses on pubs in suburban locations.
